I was kind of cheering for the Colts last night. A little dissapointed when they lost. But the Saints deserved the win. Hopefully this will bring much needed aid and support to their city.
I think this is one of those times when you say if you try your hardest good things will happen. Current me if I`m wrong but I believe its been 43 years since they have been in the Superbowl;I believe they well deserved to win last night. I was rooting the under dog because those are the ones who always come out to surprise everyone.
Im not even going to lie; i did not watch the superbowl. I dont know the difference between any of the teams, i dont even know what states the saints or the colts are from. Something that i was disgusted by is i guess there is a new football league out there for girls.....who play in bikinis. Goog job America.
I'm a Browns fan :) so it didn't really matter to me who won but, I'm glad the Saints pulled out with the win. They deserve it. Maybe this will boost the city's spirit:)
Some people say that Manning threw that touchdown interception on purpose... but who knows. There have been pay-offs in the past, why should this year be any different. It was a good game though. Each team had their half, the Saints just had that one extra thing going for them in the second half.
I'm not a pro football fan at all! But going into the game I did want the Saints to win. The Super Bowl title needed to go to New Olreans I thing. Good Job Saints!
Its good for the city that the saints won but from a football standpoint I didnt want them to win at all. They all just seem to cocky to me, i rather dislike the saints
I`m a Bengals fan :) So I truthfully didn`t care who won. But I was cheering for the Saints because they are one of my Dad`s favorite teams. I woulda liked to see the Colts pull out a win. But It`s also exciting to see the Saints win.
All students taking any type of flex-credit course must participate in the Current Events Blog. You are expected to discuss the articles and videos as well as comment or debate with other students. You must comment at a minimum of twice a week and correct grammar and spelling is expected. The blog will be updated Sunday nights or early Monday mornings. Depending on the discussions I may add additional articles later in the week. I will try to include current events that are important and relevant to your lives. I really didn't care who won the Super Bowl since my Pittsburgh Steelers weren't there this year! Go Steelers - 2010-11!
